Client Facing Services

 

Consulting Services includes providing insight, guidance, and recommendations for agencies hoping to improve their public engagement processes. Engagement offerings may be customized and include: 
 

• Strategic Vision Projects: Sharing proven methods and technology platforms to successfully engage the public in the development of an inclusive comprehensive plan for a municipality
   

• Comprehensive Public Engagement Audits: Developed proprietarily and includes a snapshot of an organization’s current public engagement effectiveness with measurable data points
   

• Comprehensive Public Engagement Recommendations and/or Implementation:  As a follow up to the Comprehensive Public Engagement Audit, offers consulting packaged to include Recommendations where the client implements that plan using their own internal or contract resources or the outsourced full-spectrum package where Larry provides Recommendations and then partners with clients on the successful Implementation of the Recommended Public Engagement Plan. 
   

Dispute Resolution and Facilitation Services.  Larry utilizes powerful and proven public policy dispute resolution and facilitation skills to provide gold-standard service to high-level clients. He helps clients reach consensus for ongoing, complex, multi-party conflicts.   These projects often involve task forces, stakeholder groups, or advisory boards with more than ten members and a wide array of competing interests.
